Full Studio rental
Hi,
Welcome to New Corner Studios located at 3415 Teylingen dr Colorado springs! There are currently 6 different sets in the studio to choose from ( green house tea party is the one missing please let me know if you want an image).Please read through details before booking once booked it is nonrefundable. We only reschedule with a 48 hour notice and a $35 rescheduling fee. Must reschedule date with in 30 days.
The hourly rate is $75 an hour or $65 for two or more hours. A deposit of $50 is due before you enter the studio and held until your walk through after your sessions. You can either bring cash, use venmo or cash app for this. We walk through the studio to ensure nothing was taken or broken after your session. It will be returned to you one verified that everything is in order. Be sure to put your correct contact information in at check out so I can text you/email you if needed.
We do offer outfits and studio light rentals so let me know if interested!
Policies
No reschedules for no shows. No food or drinks are allowed on any of the set ups. You are not to leave children or clients unattended and are responsible for making sure the sets are being kept clean and taken proper care of. Please show up 10 minutes before session time so we can get you settled in.
~No pets allowed
~No Glitter or confetti
~ No drugs or Alcohol
~ You are responsible for putting the sets back together as when you first arrived.
~YOU WAIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES THAT OCCUR WHILE IN THE STUDIO OR AROUND THE BUILDING AND WILL USE FURNITURE AND PROPS AT YOUR OWN RISK
~you are not to move an furniture by pulling across the floor
~you are responsible for notifying me when finished so I can come do the walk
through.
~You will be charged $15 for every 10 minutes you go over your time
~ there is a $35 rescheduling fee if for any reason you have to move your booking date
